Product Information
The Vertical High Temperature Vacuum Brazing Furnace is mainly for the synthesis or welding of some precision equipment, such as aerospace equipment, especially engines. There are two types of vacuum brazing furnaces: vertical and horizontal. According to the customer's furnace temperature and process requirements, graphite or molybdenum or tungsten is used as heating elements and heat shields. The main working process of vacuum brazing is to first put the assembled workpiece into the vacuum chamber and start the mechanical vacuum pump. After the system reaches a certain degree of vacuum, switch on the diffusion pump and pump the vacuum chamber to the required vacuum degree, and then start as required. Warm up and heat up. During the entire heating process, the vacuum system should be continuously pumped to maintain the required vacuum. The heating speed should not be too fast to avoid a sharp drop in the vacuum. After the heating process is completed, it is cooled, and the furnace is discharged when the temperature in the furnace drops to the furnace temperature, and the brazing of the parts is completed. After brazing, it is generally allowed to cool down to less than 1500°C before being released to avoid oxidation of the workpiece.
